We offer a 60 day return and exchange policy from the day you receive the goods. We cover the shipping fees on your first return or exchange. There's an automated portal to help make this easy.

Returns will be rejected or reworked/washed with a fee if:

There is any smell/odor
They are dirtied/stained
There is damage

Care Instructions

This blazer is pre-shrunk, so it's going to be more resistant to issues in the washer/dryer.

With that being said, to extend the shelf-life of this blazer, it's recommended to wash and dry this under the delicates / cold options.

Why we built this

Most v-polos are too aggressive. The V's are too low, and the collars flare out horizontally instead of naturally, which is a bad habit from the world of fast fashion. We've re-designed the V-polo to be more business-casual friendly, so that you can maintain no button polo-level convenience but still enter into a board room or Zoom meeting with an exec and look like you put in the work.

Operational Questions

What happens if I don't like it, want to swap out, or it doesn't fit?

We have a free returns and exchanges for 60 days. You can click returns & exchanges in our header and there is an automated process that will give you a QR code to return the product. We cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Can I return "Last call" shirts I bought at a sale?

Last call sales cannot be returned, but can be exchanged or credited with store credit. You'll receive the total minus a small shipping fee. Only final sale items have exchange fees to cover shipping, because they are discounted so heavily.

When will you ship my order?

We ship orders within 2 days of your order date. From there, you can expect it to arrive within the timeframe of the shipping you chose. For orders over $100, you have the option to take complimentary shipping, which takes 2-5 days depending on where you live.

What if my package is lost or stolen on the way?

We offer package protection through Route, which is package insurance protection. 0% of that fee is taken by Noble Threads. It's a pass-through of protection. With wildly rising package theft, we think this is the right move and we recommend it.

If you do not opt into the protection, you can open a claim with USPS/UPS and they'll eventually give you a refund (though it's pretty slow).

If it's our fault, and not the shipping provider, we'll cover it no questions asked. We record all of our shipments for quality assurance.

We offer insured USPS priority shipping for orders over $100, which arrives within 2-5 days.

Do you have a referral or loyalty program?

Yes! We have a "20 for 20" model, where you can give a customer 20% off their order and you'll get a $20 credit towards your next order. This appears after your purchase and when you review our products.

For loyalty, we're currently working on it, but want to provide more and more perks (like discounts and stylist perks) for VIP customers.
